One of the standout features of Beddit is its seamless experience. The sensor used is extremely thin, flat, and soft, ensuring that it won't disrupt your sleep. At just 2 mm thin, you'll hardly even notice it's there. Additionally, the sensor is always on thanks to its USB power adapter.
Beddit also excels in providing comprehensive tracking and trends. It allows you to track your sleep time, heart rate, and breathing rate. You can even review the temperature and humidity of your bedroom from the previous night, giving you insights into your sleep environment. The app also provides graphs of your sleep and environmental trends and averages over 7 days, 30 days, and 90 days, enabling you to gain a deeper understanding over time.
In addition to tracking and trends, Beddit offers motivational coaching and education to help you improve your sleep habits. You can set daily bedtime and sleep time goals which will provide you with guidance to achieve them. The app will send you bedtime reminders and evening nudges to encourage healthy sleep habits. Furthermore, daily and weekly sleep report notifications keep you updated on your progress, while instructional videos provide valuable insights and tips for improving your sleep.
The integration with Apple Watch and the Health app in iOS adds another layer of convenience. Sleep report notifications, bedtime reminders, and nudges can all be received on your Apple Watch. Moreover, the sleep analysis and heart rate data collected by Beddit are stored in the Health app on your iPhone, allowing you to easily track and monitor your progress using just one platform.
